Posted Jul 13, 2018 ICYMI: There's a happy ending to the story of three grizzly cubs orphaned in Montana last month when their mother was struck by a motor vehicle. With time running out to find the cubs a new home before they would have to be euthanized, last week Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks reached an adoption agreement with Zoo sauvage de Saint-Félicien in Quebec. With our board chairman helping connect the two parties, Vital Ground is proud to have played a small role in saving the cubs, and we're grateful to the Seeley Swan Pathfinder ~ Seeley Lake, MT for getting the story out!
